What is the idea of this system?
This system can be used for example site events, such as the user with most points in a month gets an award.

How do I gain points?
There are five ways to gain points
- Commenting anywhere on the site
- Uploading a file
- Submitting a guide
- Rating a file or guide
- Posting in the forums

Commenting & Rating
Almost in every section of the website comments can be placed: Downloads, Guides and User profiles. Ratings can be given on downloads and guides.
A comment or rating will give you 2 points.

Posting in forums
By creating a thread in the forums or by posting in an existing thread you gain points!
A forum post will give you 2 points.

Submit a guide
Members can submit a guide by clicking Submit File in the main menu of the site.
An admin approved guide is good for 4 points!

Upload a file
Members can upload a file by clicking Upload File in their options panel on the right hand side of the site.
An admin approved file is good for 6 points!
