In ET is duels ( not like in cs or newer game you shoot hs and enemy is dead) , need more practise to reflex and your aim.Why not quake instead of ET there are same things. Quake is too in Future you can shoot whit railgun etc  CS is too on reality |

ET is a game where you can keep on playing (max waiting time is 30 seconds). Unlike counter strike where you need to wait until a whole team died (which makes it a social game & you want to survive longer => more motivated and fun)It's fast and indeed has the duels. Quake annoys me, too many pros.. the gap between pro and newbie with shooting experience is still huge, you get pwned from all sides because of the maps. It pisses me off! But still i play counter strike source these days. Just because i like the feeling of the weapons more, there are many tricks you can pull off. |

I've been playing RTCW for 6 years now, but I'm taking huge breaks with the game nowadays, so I'm not active at it at the moment. RTCW actually was my first game.I'm playing ET for about a year, I've got experince from RTCW to own, but I also had to learn all the maps. I'm trying to play on ClanBase with ET, on 1 on 1 matches. And I'm playing COD 4 too, for about 2 years now. Well, about other games... I've been playing Q3A for a while, I really like the game but I always thought the gameplay is too crazy and fast for me, so I've never been a pro player. I also tried counter-strike: source and 1.6. At 1.6 I was a really good player (it's not my opinion, other players said). I always could make nice stats, but of course with good players not noobs, and they also said I have a nice counter-strike teamwork. Though I quited 1.6 because too many people said I'm a cheater, while I have never tried cheats before, it was really annoying to me. At source... Well, I can't tell much about this game, I stopped playing it fast, maybe I just didn't like the game. I tried QL out too. Well, it's a pretty good game, but you know... The same feeling as in Q3A... |

Yea, i do prefer ET as there is a lot of room for development on the skill front, its not just luck and radar skills like in other games, Its also a lot harder to camp in ET as you need many more hits to make kills, its more a duel type of game play which instantly eliminates lower players making the better players stand out more. Also i think its a good gateway game, if you are good in ET, and apply the same principles to other games, i think you will do well |

Very true! I believe in using ET as your first game to become a good player in other FPS games. I also use it as a warmup for other games sometimes, the only thing you need to make sure is that your sensitivity is the same. |

Wolfenstein: Enemy Territory is the game for me.I start play the game some years ago, three or four I think. But before that I played RTCW which was veeeery cool game for me. When I got internet I start searching for pictures I think, thats the first time I saw W:ET. I looked it up and found out it was a online game. I downloaded it and then start to look around on servers. It was very hard for me in the bginning, couldn't kill a person who actually stood still  I got so stuck with W:ET, I played it almost everyday. I wanted to be a good player. After a year or two I started to get into the game. I looked things up like configs etc. I started to be a good player. Now ofc I am talking about public play... I can't say I am good when I compare with ETPro. Anyway, I started to join different clans, made own ones. It was great times, you know. When my friends start to play CoD ex. I tried it but NO not fun. ET has a very good system, you have to play as a team if you wanna win. You have to train so you can do your three HS. In CoD, ONE HS and BOOM your dead. Not so fun. In ET you can socolize with friends better than in CoD. Thats why I play ET... ONLY  + RTCW xD

ET is a social game, its why it has become so successful after so many years. You may often read that its a dying game, but the truth of the matter is, no matter how many years pass, there will always be players who come back to et or for the people who actually do find the game and realize that's its free become totally hooked. |

Funniest thing."What makes it worser than the rest" What about "What makes it better?" Simple; Enemy Territory is a team-based game. If the teams doesn't work you wont win, you can't win a match on your own. In Counterstrike / Call Of Duty you can win 1 vs 5. - Thats just a fact. In Enemy Territory everything needs to be perfect...Gibbing, healing + the fact of doing the object are main things in this game. Getting the right players for the team which are specialized in the things they are doing to. I've been playing Enemy Territory for some years. Have been at Eurocup, but never payed attention afterwards. Before Enemy Territory I've been playing CoD's. Currently I'm playing Quakelive just because I love how fast it really is! |

Yea, i like the sense of acchievment u get from doling out 10 hs on 4/5 guys and getting a multi man takedown, that takes some doing no matter what any1 says..Its a lot easier to do in COD2 etc (hell i get 2's/3's with 20fps) i can do it with a few shots of G-rand or sniper = GG With et , u have to combine movement, aim , speed and accuracy to do shit like that |
